A B.Sc. graduate and Six Sigma Green Belt Certified, he is admired for his strategic vision, operational excellence, and ability to drive sustainable business growth.
He has successfully led large, high‑performing teams, embedding a culture of efficiency, accountability, and client‑centric delivery. With advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills, Mr. Singh has consistently identified and resolved process gaps, ensuring client SLAs are met while driving measurable financial outcomes. Upasana serves as the Managing Director of VMC, where she spearheads the strategic visionand operational execution of the firm US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) division. With 12 years of high-level experience in the industry, Upasana is a distinguished expert in navigating the complexities of the US healthcare financial landscape, specializing in Denial Management and Accounts Receivable (AR) Optimization.
Her leadership is defined by a data-driven philosophy. She is holding Bachelor degree in Commerce (B.Com.) graduate and a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
Throughout her career, Upasana has demonstrated a profound mastery of the end-to-end revenue cycle. She has successfully managed large-scale portfolios across diverse medical specialties, working intimately with major US insurance carriers including Medicare, Medicaid, UHC, Aetna, and BCBS. Before joining the executive team at VMC she held pivotal leadership roles in globally recognized RCM organizations, where she was instrumental in leading 500+ member teams and implementing automation strategies that drastically reduced Days Sales Outstanding(DSO).
